Fees

Fees are set before work begins, and are held to for the duration of the engagement.

Principles

Priced by module, agreed in advance.

Engagements are scoped as modules of work. Each module carries a fee agreed at the outset, so cost is known before commitment rather than discovered along the way.

Fees reflect the seniority of the work and its duration, not the number of people deployed. There are no volume-based add-ons and no incremental billing for review meetings.

Most engagements combine two or three modules. Where modules are taken together, the fee is set for the combined scope.

Travel and out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost, with prior approval. Invoicing follows the agreed stages of the engagement.

Modules

Six modules of work.

Indicative fees for each module are shared following the initial conversation, once scope and duration are understood.
